Reporting to the Partner of Savoy Equity Partners, the Transaction Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing all the aspects of closing responsibilities for multifamily and land/development real estate acquisitions, dispositions and refinances. Main responsibilities would include tracking all aspects of purchase/ sales/ refinance processes updating all checklists and trackers and providing updates to Executive Management team

Essential Job Functions:

Communicate and coordinate real estate transactions including dealing with lenders, partners, and internal departments (construction, development, underwriting, legal, etc) to ensure real estate transactions are accomplished effectively and timely.
Maintain and update internal tracking spreadsheets and other documents to communicate with internal stakeholders of progress of transactions.
Help develop and implement internal practices, policies, and standard procedures related to real estate closings and dispositions. Establishing a repeatable and defined process that all team members can follow.
Review and track Real Estate Contracts and legal documents
Problem solve issues as they arise and communicating with internal stakeholders of issues facing closing of potential deals.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of experience of dealing with real estate transactions, including but not limited to real estate lending experience
Demonstrable effective communication, writing, and organizational skills
Previous experience working in Real Estate law (Ex. Paralegal) preferred but not required
