Job Description

The Acquisitions Agent will be responsible for being the main point of contact for potential sellers within the company. Acquisitions Specialist will conduct outbound calls to all appointments set by our marketing team. This position’s main goal is to negotiate a bottom-line price the seller is willing to agree on and land a signed contract. At this point the Acquisitions Specialist will pass along to our Dispositions Manager to strategically sell the off-market property to our investor clients.
