We are looking for a permit technician to shepherd development projects through City and utility approvals. Each project can take anywhere from 3-18 months to get approvals and you'll be managing 20-30 at a time.

We have detailed training for this work, so prior experience isn't necessary, but a general sense of the construction process will help.

• Ability to create and maintain tracking spreadsheets in Excel
• Comfort holding weekly update meetings with landlords to give progress updates

Must be a great communicator in person, on the phone, and via email.

We are a fee-developer in the SF Bay Area focused on design and construction management for industrial conversions, typically to science and advanced manufacturing spaces.

We also do our own small developments in-house and are committed to growing that branch of the business to be our primary work over the next 3-5 years.
