Job Description

As a Salesperson, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential decision-makers at companies that would benefit from our services.

Role Responsibilities:
- Generating business through running a formal, metrics-driven sales process
- Developing and maintaining a lead generation, prospecting, and cold calling system to initiate contact, build relationships and generate interest
- Presenting our services and solutions to qualified customers
- Closing and negotiating sales
- Meeting an agreed upon number of calls and appointments while tracking and reporting those key performance indicators to Sr. Real Estate Executives.

What You Offer:
The ideal candidate will have previous formal sales training. 3 years relevant sales or business development experience preferred. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be a self-starter and with proven initiative and a competitive spirit.
